Clear Span Buildings Limited is a multi-disciplinary construction business based in Llandrinio on the England Welsh border in Powys. Our operations include construction projects, design and build projects, as well as fully pre-designed film studios and workshops for sale or rental and acting as a Principal Designer and Contractor in the following sectors:

The business was formed in 2016 by Julian Saich and Pauline Pilkington as a company specialising in relocatable buildings. During the past 9 years, the business has expanded its operations to cover Planning Consultancy, Design, Groundworks, Construction, MEP, HVAC and PV for both Temporary and Permanent Solutions.

CSB have a diverse range of fully pre-designed buildings up to 56m span x 200m long at 18.5m eave that can take huge point loads for sale or rental, ranging in value between £100,000 and £9 million per building. CSB has a supply chain of efficient, quality and affordable suppliers, to ensure smooth delivered from conception to practical completion of a project at affordable rates.

Our performance is monitored, and results are reviewed at regular intervals. These results are used to continuously improve our performance and produce the highest standard of construction quality and workmanship to benefit the end user.

CSB have a strong balance sheet which allows for an excellent working capital to turnover ratio, in order to pay our suppliers promptly and secure better affordable prices and a favourable service. The affordable rates get past to the end user.
