He is a vocal advocate for embracing technological evolution, referencing Industry 4.0 and the emerging Industry 5.0, which prioritises wellbeing over welfare. He often speaks about the importance of adaptability and agility in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment.
