Justin Suter is a technology and commercial leader with more than 30 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain and digital transformation. During his career he has held senior leadership positions with Sainsbury's, Superdrug, World Duty Free, Kingfisher and IBM. He now works with a number of innovative logistics and supply chain technology businesses, helping them scale through strategic partnerships, commercial development and revenue growth.

As Chief Revenue Officer of Loud & Clear Technologies, Justin leads commercial strategy, customer engagement and market expansion. He works closely with customers and partners across logistics, warehousing, facilities management, healthcare, and industrial sectors to deliver practical AI and voice-enabled solutions that improve operational performance, productivity and compliance. His focus is on creating sustainable growth, strong partnerships and long-term customer value.
